name is Glaiza Legaspi. I was born in 1985. I am from the
south, living in Laguna, Philippines. My interests range from arts to food. I am also interested in Japanese traditional crafts, cats, and water activities, like swimming.

I’m also a freelance graphic designer with a growing passion for illustrating children’s picture books, where I explore a more playful and imaginative style. HOME-BASED CHEF - I have always been a
foodie and have loved to cook since my teenage years. I eats almost
anything – Filipino, American, Mexican, Italian, Korean, but my most
favorite is Japanese food. For me, it was always a joy preparing
delicious and experimental food for my family and friends. And because
of that, my husband and I created Home-based Chef (HBC). All the recipes can be found at homebasedchef.com. Cooking videos are available on HBC Youtube channel.
